Facebook login fails on iPad 8th generation

Hello,

I'm unable to connect my Facebook account to The Sims FreePlay on my iPad (8th generation, iPadOS 18 or later).

When I try to connect, Facebook opens normally and asks me to continue as my Facebook profile. After I approve, I'm redirected to The Sims FreePlay, where I receive the following error:

"Un problème est survenu lors de votre connexion."

Facebook lists The Sims FreePlay as a connected app, but the connection never completes inside the game.

I've already tried resetting Facebook permissions, changing Safari settings, checking tracking permissions, restarting my iPad, and several other suggested workarounds, without success.

The same Facebook account previously connected successfully to The Sims FreePlay on an Android phone.

My main concern is that I cannot access Facebook neighbors through the Party Boat.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known iPadOS authentication issue and whether there's a fix that doesn't involve deleting or reinstalling the game?
