Is anyone at Firemonkeys actually reviewing and replying to the requests for help?
Every time I play Sims Freeplay, I seem to come across another issue that needs assistance but when I check for answers through the support link, all I ever find is multitudes of people asking the same questions but never getting any response.

- As you may have seen there is currently a bigger delay to receive an answer from Firemonkeys support. You can try to ask your question on their board to have an answer from players.
