Hiya, me again ea.. I’ve been waiting for this issue to be resolved and it still hasn’t, I’ve been charged over $60 with no points given or reimbursement, it’s honestly so disappointing the horrible level of treatment your most loyal customers are receiving. I hope you find it somewhere in your hearts to help us out or refund us please.. (especially in this economy)
