Sims FreePlay.Since new update the game keeps crashing out.I have played since the beginning and this is driving me mad.Please sort it out and let us have more simms and more pets per household.We also need more thing for toddlers and babies to do,more interactions like being pushed in prams and pushchairs and maybe a pre-school or nursery to go to.
Have you tried switching to classic lightning instead og the enhanced setting? That have solved the freezing/crashing for some
Green ... button > Options > scroll down to Graphics > use arrows to select Classic
