How do i get my sim's inspired?

Max out all the sim's needs (the gree bars). Some of the ways you can do this are by having the sim eat, use the toliet, rest or drink coffee, talk to another sim, garden or read a book, take a shower or wash hands. Do these things until all the green bars are maxed out.
