    Force close and open the game again often helps to solve issues like this. If it doesn’t, you’ll need help from Online Support: 

    Tap the three dots at the bottom right of the game screen, then  ->Info -> Online Support and then the square talk bubble on the upper right.  
    It’s not a live chat, so it may take a while until you get a response.

    thank u so much hic im afraid if i do not pass this progress task i can not level up so i need to play again from the beginning :(

    Force closing didn’t help? There’s no need to hurry. After reaching the next level it will take longer to reach the next one anyway.

    yeah it still not appear anything more in toddler tab at children's store. Even i reset my phone, delete app and download again. I had contact with the online support but seem like they can not fix too. So i think i need to choose remain forever at level 13 because cant do the progress quest or play it agian at the beginning

    Oh well :( 

    In that case it‘s probably a good choice to start over. Fortunately it’s an early stage and won’t take too long.
