Google Play Sign-In Greyed Out After Update
Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Google Play sign-in since the latest update.
My wife and I both play The Sims FreePlay on the same device. Before this update, I was able to log her out of Google Play and sign into my account to access my save without any issues.
Now, the Google Play option is greyed out, and I’m unable to log her off at all. Because of this, I can’t access my own game on the same device anymore.
This setup worked perfectly fine prior to the update, so it seems like something has changed or broken. Sharing a device between two players is pretty common, so this has made things really frustrating.
I’ve already:
Confirmed Google Play is signed in on the device
Checked app permissions and settings
Restarted the device
Nothing has fixed the issue.
Is this an intentional change, or is this a bug introduced with the update?
And is there any workaround to switch accounts again?
