Graphics saying it's not available for this device

My graphics option in my sims freeplay say enhanced visual are not supported on this device since from yesterday and iv been having issues with building mode whenever I birld something it get stuck please help

    It would help to know what device it is

    From what I understand iPad 4th gen or older can not use the enhanced light mode

    Contact support  > green ... button > info > online support > top right in pop up > Square talk bubble
