Question

Hi, I was asked to post to the forum about an issue I've had while playing the game. I started a race challenge with another user, and had been ahead - due to win. However, an error occurred and the Sim doing the task would not 'complete' the task. As such, I had to restart the task, meaning I lost the race. I am subsequently losing every race as part of the challenge with the other user, and I'm a bit disappointed as I'm unable to win any more. I spoke to EA help, who said I could be compensated if I wrote to this forum. My user ID is Mortacio. Thank you.

This forum is designed as 'players help players'. Other players are not able to compensate any loss in your game. Support should know that! You can always reply to them or, if the chat has been closed, open another one.

All I can tell you is, that the opponents are not real players, but something game generated. They need at least 24 hours for all of their tasks, so all you need is to get done before these 24 hours are over. That’s hard enough as we have other chores than playing SFP and we also need some sleep.
You may also win a road block by using the tokens (if you won one). This would hold them up, so they’d need more than the given time.
