HELP!! Sims Aging

Life Dreams and Legacies has auto-started since I finished the In Stiches quilting hobby quest. I decided not to participate in the LDL quest, but I did some other activities that had the same actions as the LDL quest. (For example, both LDL and Grooving Guru require "send invitations" action.)

I threw a party at the snow lodge which apparently was a required action for LDL. Now Osiris is here and the Lifespan tab has appeared in my Simdex. I haven't done anything else to progress in the quest, but my Sims have started to age!

How do I make it stop???
