Hi, I saved my game to the cloud yesterday. I tried to start it up again this morning; I finally got it running, but now I can only find a cloud save from 16 weeks ago. The one from yesterday is gone...

Have a look, if you’re logged in with the same account like when you saved the game yesterday.
Was it the EA account, Facebook, or - depending on your device - Apple ID, Game Center, or Google Play.

You could try to download when you’re logged in with Game Center only. Or if you have used a FB account to log in, you could try that one.
