HELPP, The initial content download has not progressed past 97%.

I wanted to download the Sims free play and when downloading the content it asks you to start the game it doesn't let me advance more than 97% since I get an ad that an error has occurred, I've tried again and it can't I've already uninstalled the game more than 3 times and the same thing keeps happening to me I hope you can help me!!!
