Hobby for SIMDEX

For 3 years I have submitted tickets and help in the game but have run out of options to fix my hobby problem.  I finished the breakdancing hobby over 3 years ago, obtained the prize but it didn’t show as completed when they added the SIMDEX.  And it says I have the breakdancing box to do it again, but shows I can only have one, and it is nowhere to be found in the game.  Does anyone know who can help me?  I’ve actually dropped of the details to the local EA business near me, but they don’t work on Freeplay.
