Sudden Network Failure?

Has anyone gotten this "Cloud Save Connection Failed" message?

There was nothing wrong with my network. I was playing and streaming Hulu and suddenly this popped up. I disconnected wifi and reconnected, and my streaming apps work fine, but the message keeps showing up. I even cleared the cache data and force stopped the app, no fix. Idk what happened, every other app that uses my wifi is working fine. I've been playing throughout the day with no issues.

  • I have the very same issue with the  sims freeplay  new update..it was telling me the exact same thing..I did everything,  Un and reinstall the game ..same message..I had turned my wifi off and on again and used my phone Hotspot too..still the same message keep popping up..there's nothing wrong with my wifi, but still the same message keeps annoyingly pops up.. im scared that I may lose all of my progress that I work so hard for..please some help resolving this situation!

    I’m having this same issue and I’m very annoyed by it. So far this is the only space I’ve seen anyone mention it. I hope they fix whatever is causing it soon. I dont want to lose any progress. 

  • I have the same problem, I've tried to report the problem but so far no one has resolved anything!!

    Feels like there's never gonna be a resolution. I've been writing and talking for about the past week and I've gotten zero

    EA chat will basically tell you you have to talk to a different department because it's a technical error

    I just given up and wait for the next update and hopefully it would fix itself..

    I saw on Reddit that this happened before YEARS ago, and it didn't resolve until the next update :/

    Apparently we have to wait it out. The Sims and Simsibility update didn't fix it :(

    We will lose everything from the last update....but if the game works in the next one that matters most When is the next update?
