Horses stuck in wall of stable

If you are at what stage do thing go wrong?

That link is exactly what sends me to articles and doesn't let me finish submitting it. My horse was fine until some update the other day.

@kita1078 Under 'Issue' do you choose 'Horse stuck in wall of stables' from the drop down menu?

If you get the 'Suggested articles' at the top when on the 'Summary' page, then just ignore those, fill in the details and hit 'Submit'.

Or do you get any errors when you hit submit? 

I filled in all of the fields and there is no option to submit once I am taken to the articles. It actually takes me
Back to the beginning with the fields filled in like I had done. If I go through it again to submit, it takes me back to the articles etc.

@kita1078 Ok, let try this - Ill take a screenshot of every steps and you tell me where you see things differently. If you could take a screenshot as well it would help.

That end part is something new. Did you get an email like it said in the top of that last screenshot? 

I didn't receive an email at all about submitting anything.

Ah yes. I click that I'm not a robot and choose the pictures and it brings me to the troubleshooting article.

My horse is still stuck and I am not able to submit anything. Any suggestions?

Hi @kita1078,

Can you try to submit the report using a different browser to see if it works? Because the only solution for a stuck horse is to contact support. :/
