How to earn lifestyle points (yellow)

I have been playing this game for months now, and I have been paying physical purchases to buy the lifestyle points to level up building workplaces and community places. But it's getting too expensive especially at workplace places such as the hospital and police station, they require up to 500 points to build extra departments. TSFP is charging SGD150 for 3500 points which is very expensive. Can someone please guide me to tell me how to earn such lifestyle points as I do not intend to pay more money on this game.
