I can't find the puppy!

How can I find the puppy. I need to sit with it on the sofa but it has disappeared. I've looked back at the park and it's gone!

I lost the puppy when I still had 4 remaining days for the special prize.
I send the request on Firemonkey's page but had no answer and got today, week later, just the email saying that the request was resolved to them.
Still no reals answer or solution, and the time for the prize is over.

Please someone help me!! It's the second time that I lost the prize because of a new quest bug.

Hi everyone;

If you have received an answer from the studio saying that your game is fixed, please note that you need to update your game.

To do so:

- Go to the main menu.

- Tap on the Cloud icon.

- Select Download save data.

The puppy is back! Thank you EA for resolving this issue. The message I received gave me instructions on how to download data from EA, after following the instructions the puppy appeared in my SIM tracker, and I am continuing on with the quest. Thanks for resolving this issue.

I am up to the puppy obedience quest and the part is "sit with the puppy on coach" and I can't find the puppy were is it
