I unable to go back to the park even the puppy is floating at the park.

What if the data is already saved to the cloud?

My puppy is floating in the park and all my Sims walk over him. The sim doing the quest can't go to park because he is 'holding a pet' but he is not.

I have done everything Firemonkeys suggest but nothing worked

My game is on Cloud, and I was wondering if you could help.

In the Puppy Odyssey mission, the dog hung in the park. It did not improve after the update. What should I do?

Sadly, if you are having this issue, the update won't fix it. You need to contact support so they can help you with your puppy. Follow the instructions in this article to learn how to contact Firemonkeys support team 😉

Once fixed, as your game is updated, you shouldn't have this issue ever again.
