issue
I’ve left multiple messages and no responses. I have bugs in the Sims Freeplay. Why in the world do you all still use Twitter to create tickets? I won’t get an account to leave you all a ticket.

You can reach the Support within the game:
Tap the three dots at the bottom right, then info, Online Support and use the talk bubble at the upper right. It’s not a live chat, so it may take some time before you get an answer. They never left me without a reply.
