Issues with the new update

The new update causes the game to lag crash when visiting another town the game won't load anymore I had to reinstall the game but after I did that I had to restart the live event and Influence Island from the beginning now I won't be able to finish Influence Island because there are only 2 days left I never had problems with the game before  everything was fine until the new update now the game has too many bugs EA needs to fix this or I will have to quit the game 😞
