Latest update failed to install
I tried to open the sims freeplay app on my phone and was met with a screen that said the latest update has not installed correctly and to contact fire monkeys support at help.ea.com but I don’t know...

guys i just had this issue it telling me the exact thing so what i did because i play on my ipad i downloaded the game on my phone and used the same account the one on my ipad has and it let me get in and it let me install it so now im back in my account on my phone but i haven’t tried transferring it back to my ipad but im pretty sure it would work now because i finished the install. hope this helps yall!
