Level Up Bug (Level 15 to 16)

I am facing a bug with leveling up from level 15 to 16. I have completed 3/4 requirements, and for some reason, am stuck on the "Add a Sim" requirement when I have added 15/15 sims to my world. They all live in houses as well. When I added my 15th Sim, the counter for leveling up remained at 14/15, preventing me from leveling up. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The level up requirements and Simtown Town info isn’t always in sync. While one may show 14/15, the other may show 15/16. So have a look at your Sim Town info, if there’s another free Sim slot.
If there’s not, you could try to move out your latest Sim and create a new one. If this doesn’t work, you may need help from Online Support.
