Does it say Pet STORE or Pet SALON?
those are two different buildings, to be able to buy collars and such you need to build the Pet SALON
Some items are locked until you complete quests
What does support say?
The quest says I need to unlock the pet store in order to purchase the pet furniture, which I have done
I haven’t contacted support, wasn’t sure how to go about that either
