Lost Simoleons & 25th Anniversary Gifts
On Friday, 03/07/25 opened game to collect weekly rewards. Game suddenly glitched & $5 million Simoleons dropped to $1 million. Lost all of the free gifts from Feb.,including burglar outfit & cool parachute tent. My aged sim was back home when I’d sent her to bingo earlier. I’d lost the Chase but showed it up in the final stretch . Cat was relocated back to former residence. Now there’s a new quest but I want to retrieve my previous one with the gifts. Can you please restore. I can’t purchase Items,…retired so I have to build up points & money to play. I’ve been playing since 2014 (11 years) & have come long way building & growing the towns. It’s always saved to cloud. Afraid if I uninstall & reinstall I’ll lose everything.
