Missing houses???

Hi, me and my mum play sims FreePlay, she’s playing on an android tablet and I’m playing on my iPhone. She’s showing me her town and the pre built houses she can build and she’s got ones I don’t have in my list but she’s level 5 and I’m level 6 ??

shes got sci fi shuttle and some Tokyo rest house and a geek heaven option. I haven’t got any of those. Is my game bugged? Should I delete it and redownload it?
