Online store not loading

Over the last few days I have not been able to load the online store. I get an error message saying to log in to an account on this device. I am logged in to both EA and Facebook. I've logged out if both and logged back in, shut down the app and restarted it, shut down the device and restarted it all to no avail. I play on a Fire Tab 10.
