A phone is on the Bella and magazines are in the Museum near the Police Station and in the smaller house near the Art Gallery.
So far I couldn’t find a fire pole. If you see one, please let us know where it is :)
I just got the neighbor task for the fire pole, I visited all of the houses in the default neighborhood but didn't find one.
