I've been trying to buy wellspring library for months. Everytime I collect enough and go to purchase the library the price has increased, it has done this multiple times, and has increased again since messaging support. The price is now over 14,000 when I first started collecting it was just over 4,000. What's the deal?? Is this normal??
Building prices goes up with your town value and the number of buildings you have, you can lower your town value a little bit, ver little, by de-populating your town and sell/delete buildings
Most things you do add town value, thus prices for buildings rises too
In real life, a popular city with lots of houses, stores and business will have higher house prices than a small town and in our SIMulated towns it is the same
