Problem With Character Customization

hello, I've been playing Sims FreePlay on my phone for a while now  because my computer doesn't have enough storage for sims4, lol. I was always wondering why when your customizing your sims your limited.  

On Sims FreePlay I made a list of things you can't do.

An example is every sim I make looks almost similar to the rest of them. I noticed this when I was making a new sim and I couldn't make them get chubbier, more muscular, skinner or even curvier. You  have little to no ways to edit their face, body, walk, voice or personality traits (which I was really hoping I would be able to make their personalities and not to pick their "hobbies" ) and  its makes Sims FreePlay pretty dull. The Reason I love Sims in the first place is because I can make them all unique and different with no limits. However in Sims FreePlay its basically giving "Same font, different color".  I honestly feel like mobile players are given the bare minimum.  To wrap this up I want to just clarify that the game is very enjoyable... Its just very annoying and frustrating seeing my sims have almost the same... everything lmao.
