I logged into the game on a new device, cloud saving is displayed, but after pressing Load, the game returns to the selection screen without an error message. the date of the last upload is visible (100 weeks ago). The Game Center is fine, everything else is fine, but the game doesn't open the cloud file,I am experiencing an issue with my cloud save in The Sims FreePlay.My cloud save is visible in the game and shows the correct save date (approximately 100 weeks old). However, when I select the save and try to load it, the game displays a loading screen for about 5 seconds and then returns me to the save selection screen.Additional details:
- Device: iPhone
- Cloud save is linked through Game Center
- The save date is displayed correctly
- No town information is shown (level, number of Sims, etc. are missing)
- No error message appears
- I have already tried reinstalling the game, reconnecting Game Center, restarting the device, and using a stable internet connection
- The town was last successfully played in 2024
Could you please check whether the cloud save itself is corrupted or whether there is an issue with the save data on the server side?
If possible, I would appreciate having this case escalated to a higher-level support team for investigation.
