Try calling over another sim and then tap the waving stuck sim

I assume you have done the basic trouble shooting

Close game, restart

Shut down device, restart

log out, log in

Shut off VPN

Tried a different connection, WIFI, cellular etc

Tried a different device, for you an Android whith a different OS would be preferred, if someone normally play on Android an Apple device would be better

iPad does not mean much, more than it is an Apple product

What model and iOS does si it?

It is a huge difference between an iPad2 running iOS 12.5.5 and a Gen 10th running on iOS17 something or a Pro or Air

Did you ever get the bug fixed ? 

2 of my sims were in the middle of making candles, then they both froze for hours. I couldn’t unfreeze them. Then 1 unfroze but the other still stays frozen. I can’t do anything with him. Anyone else having this issue? Please let me know what to do.

I've the same problem with my sims, they are stuck and I can't get the candles

Same issue.

The game won’t allow me to progress. I’m behind on the latest 13 day mid century mansion live event because the game won’t allow me to select that the sims have finished their candle making etc. it’s frozen in the weirdest way and I’m concerned this will prevent me from completing the event. 
there have been so many bugs and glitches lately with gameplay making it impossible to complete events and frustrating. I’ve attached a video and screenshots that hopefully show what’s going on. 

I started the Mid Century Mansion event, and made 50 candles.   Once I collected the candles then it wouldn’t let me make more.  The 3 Sims are stuck and won’t do anything.  I took screenshots of the issue too.

I have left my device off the whole night, changed WiFi connection, No vpn etc and nothing 

I found that if you tap on the sim, it will collect the candles but that doesn't work with the pottery stations which have the same issue. 

Call another sim over from another house and tap on the sim at the stations.

there is strengh in numbers, contact support and add to the numbers

and while you are there, ask for compensation

So, yesterday I put my sim to make candles for the event going on, but for some reason today when I opened the app the character froze and I can’t make them do anything else and cannot collect the candles. Is it a bug? If so what do I do to stop it? 
(I’m on mobile btw)
