@ladytank24 But none of those items are for the police field..is there another way? My police have been stuck for mo ths and I can't get the police to level up to unlock the new sections of the police dept. Thank you.

@minicha-em is correct. These items aren't in the game, they are suggestions put forward by the community as nice things to have. That would be why you're not seeing them. If you're having issues levelling your police in general, feel free to pop open a new thread and add some more information about your case such as what happened and what steps you've already tried.
