Me too. I'm super annoyed with it cuz I need ALL my sims right now since they are running all the events right now!! Restarting device doesn't help.

I'm having a similar issue.  I'm doing one of the Downtown Developer quests and I can't get my Sims to start digging at the Mall to harvest gold shards.  I collected the last shards from them but can't start a new dig.  Add to that, when I tap on items that they should be able to interact with, nothing happens.  I can send them outside the mall doors but it is very hard to locate them inside.  I have to tap multiple times to get the locator/ pin drop to appear. 

Oh gosh  i have the same problem! She is stock for 4 hours!

Also having same issue. She is waving in red dress. I cant click anything. Even store i was building isnt showing active. However I cant build anything else in town bc of the mall store build being frozen 

Im currently in the beginning of the sunset mall discovery quest. When I go to investigate the strange noise, the action bubble isn’t there so I cant complete the task. Any help ?

Same with not being able to start new digs for shards. So frustrating

Hey everyone, I found a fix that helped me when my Sim was stuck during the Catwalk Hobby.

Go to the mall, rotate the camera until you're behind the Sim, then zoom in as much as possible. Try tapping directly on the Sim's head, lower back, or feet.

It worked for me, so hopefully it works for you too! 😊
