Re: [The Sims FreePlay] I do not receive daily rewards

Hello, my daily rewards tab has been greyed out since I came back to playing over a week ago.

I contacted support they said to try uninstalling and reinstalling which I’ve done multiple times yet it hasn’t fixed. They said there was no issue with my account after they checked and that my rewards ‘will be back soon’ yet they’re not. I have VIP 3 so I feel I’ve missed out on lots of daily cakes.

I have no idea what else I can do to try and fix this.

    Did you ever find a solution for this? Im currently encountering the same exact issues; and im VIP7 and feel totally robbed.

    I have the same problem. VIP11 and not getting any daily rewards since I installed the game on my new iPad. Online support was no help at all. Are they ever going to fix this?

    I have the same issue and cant even get the live chat to work. If this doesnt get solved im going to quit the game. Spent a lot of money and then this happens

    Hi, no I never found a solution. Support says it's likely corrupted data on my account so I don't think there's much I can do.
    They said they're making it a 'priority' bug report but they said that a couple of months ago too and I never heard back
