Reporting an technical issue on Sims FreePlay

I have been having issues with the Sims Springs renovation events and it's affecting my progress to continuing building the rest of the town..I have been having this problem forever..i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it fix itself but it didn't...the game won't allow me to skip nor proceed with the progress..I already renovated 3 of the houses and I just needed one more house to renovate in order to complete the event...but again, I can't complete it and I'm stuck cause of this technical error on the game..i been playing the game on a Samsung tablet..cause of this error, I would never be able to level up either.. please help.. I need an advice on how to fix this issue..also the updates never fixed the problem either so waiting for updates to fix itself will not work either..
