Sim Limit and Money

To whom it may concern,

I hope you are well.

I am afraid that this is a complaint. I rarely send such negative feedback, but I believe the issues I have about the Sims Freeplay need some attention, so I appreciate it if you could read the following concerns:

I'd just want to ask if it is possible for you to increase the sim limit, as I have built many houses but most of them are empty.

I would also like to ask if you could please reduce the price of items on the online store, I think everything is overpriced and many of us have not got enough to spend on these items. So far, I have never come across any other games that have such high prices and I cannot understand why we should pay that amount. Many friends of mine who play this game have also said the same thing. I thought customers come first, not greed!
