I managed to contact support after having the same problem and got this "We cannot restore your progress, but we can get you a subsidy. Do you accept ?" I declined and left a bad review in the appstore. I advise you all to do the same, I don't know what else could be done. I find it very hard to believe that they have no trace of my saved game...
