Since I was little i used to play this and basically i could not get married or have a baby! something is wrong here i still play it and its happening still i need help! i completed all of the quests and missions and i do not how to fix it i played it on iPad i forgot the version please help!!!!!

Have you build the children's store?
Have you build romantic relationships, so you can propose marriage?
Do you have a crib?
When you say you have done ALL quest, does that mean you have built everything and done all the discovery quests from the park? Built everything on the Mysterious island and have the Tropical Island and the Magical rain forest?
