Sims free play won't load

My Sims game on my iPad won’t accept my age and will not go further so I can play

I'm having the same problem, however I change devices and the game works but the question is why doesn't it work on the iphone?? everytime I open it it ends up closing after the EA on screen shows up and I'm still waiting on a response from the team.

Try restarting your device. It may work.

Tried to restart, and the rest of it but it's still doing the same thing (I'm scared to think something is wrong)

Mine said download in progress then i wasted an nothing happened??😠

My sims free play is not working and has not been for several days now and was wondering what is going on I like playing this game and now I can’t because it won’t load and keeps going to my home screen 

Try unistalling the app but first try checking the storage space or save your progress on the cloud.
