Answer HQ is a board where players can help other players and you may have seen that sims freeplay players ask but no one reply ^^ It's the same thing on Firemonkey's forums.
You can try to ask your question here but it's possible that no one answer and I'm sorry about that. I'm not an expert about Sims Freeplay but I can try to help you 🙂

I see EA representatives post here. But, they just pick and choose certain posts to respond to. It's odd.
There are three glitched achievements that I have obtained, but they will not unlock. I have sent in screenshots, uploaded my save to the cloud, and fully described exactly what is happening and EA does absolutely nothing. My main issue is the achievements won't unlock and that is frustrating as they take a very long time to earn.
Also, I also haven't been able to ever get the party boat to work. It is in my game, but I cannot click on it.
For Community Managers, it's the same thing as us, if they don't know what to answer, they won't do anything. That's why the best place to ask questions about The Sims Freeplay is the Firemonkey's board. 😉
If you have asked EA about this, I think you will have to wait a bit, the number of question seems to be important. They can't make personnal help to each player ^^
For your question, as I was thinking, I will not be able to help you, I'm more a specialist in the other Sims games. The only thing I can suggest is to reinstall the game.
If anybody in the forum know exactly what to do, feel free to answer 😉

I'm playing sims FreePlay on a Lumia Windows phone, windows 10. Everything works fine except I am unable to see any of my Facebook friends who I could previously on my android. I figure this would be coz I had to restart a new game using Xbox gametag id, which I didn't mind. However, even after giving permission under Microsoft, fire monkey, Facebook, twitter, e.a. User account (added friends here too as well), I still have no neighbours other than e game's built in.
Although the ship works fine, I am unable to complete many quests which requires items that e built in Neighbour did not include in their city. This darkens my mood to continue my game.
I hope someone could give some advice or tips on where I may have gone wrong or guide on other alternatives in adding friends for my game.
I will try out other e.a. Games which similarly require neighbours to check if i will get e same results.
For those many who have sent in questions without getting replies, I deeply feel for ur anxiety. Hope we find better support soon. Can you log into Facebook through the game. I've added a screenshot. I seem to remember that sims Freeplay on a windows device doesn't allow for Facebook login. Maybe @EA_Kristi or @EA_Mai can clarify this.

You remember right, @martha4858. On Windows Phone, players can log in with their Xbox Live accounts instead of Facebook. @irunaomega, do you have friends in your Xbox Live account playing the game? Those would be the friends you should get in the game 😉

You can only add friends from Xbox live on a windows phone. Here is a link where you can find other Xbox live people who play sims Freeplay.

but there are a few in the FAQ box in the attached screenshot. I know that @EA_Kristi is in the process of updating the FAQs, but I think the links were lost when Firemonkey redid their web site.
