Sims Freeplay Glitch

I was a level 25. My iCloud Glitched and I lost everything. But that is not why I am the most mad. I have spent a lot of money on Life Points and Simoleons. When I went to "Restore My Purchases" it gave me nothing. I was up to 13 Sims and now am down to four. I wouldn't be as unhappy if I didn't spend REAL money when the game glitched.
