sims freeplay on Kindle fire hdx
On July 29th 2015 EA did an update to the Sims free play app and since that update the game will NOT connect to YOUR EA SERVER. I have spent a lot of money playing this game. I have 31 SIMS and a city worth over 8 million Simoleon, I also have 410 life points and nearly 7 million simoleons available for MySims to spend . So you see I'm really pissed as I have contacted Amazon and Kindle and my kindle fire is working perfectly. I've had my internet checked and it is also working perfectly. The tech support at Kindle called EA while I was on the line and your tech said that EA is aware of the problem and it would be fixed in a few days HOWEVER it still does not connect to your EA SERVER. I have made in game purchases of simoleons and life points through Amazon and I am not happy that my game which was working fine until EA update and now it won't connect to your server. Do you really have intention of losing all in game purchases that you do through Amazon and Kindle? I have spoken to others that also own Kindle fire and bought game items from Amazon to support your games at EA. I will not go away quietly after spending my hard earned money on your games! there will be so many of us complaining to Amazon that perhaps Amazon in its best interest should stop carrying and supporting any EA games on their site. Get the problem fixed or as a loyal AmaZon customer I will be demanding a refund on items I have purchased at the App Store on Amazon.com for my Kindle fire also sold by Amazon for EA GAMES WITH IN GAME purchases.
