Sims FreePlay restaurant issue

Question

Hello this is for the sims FreePlay, I’m experiencing an issue I’ve never dealt with before and I’m not sure how to fix it if there even is a way. Before I continue, I want to know if anyone else has dealt with this bug before. When I try to sit one or Two of my Sims to a booth in the restaurant in the simtown, it won’t let me sit any of my sims because when I try, a speech bubble with an icon of a chair pop’s up. So I’m wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and they know how to fix it because it would be greatly appreciated. I’m not sure if this is happening because I started to build the second floor of the restaurant and it’s not finished yet but please let me know.&nbsp;

the booths at the restaurant have always ben buggy if I recall correctly
Sometimes they work other times no

It is possible that the construction influence the situation but I honestly don't remember
maybe support can help you

Support as in the support in the game which gives automated responses ? I’m also having this issue in the mall where as I can’t sit a sim to “share a milkshake” including 2 sims. I think as well with one sim having one milkshake.&nbsp;

There is a chat
it is slow, semi automated but you can get a person to answer you eventually
