I would like to know why a desktop computer screenshot is needed for proof of purchase in sims freeplay. It's impossible when it's a mobile game.

You should be able to get screen grabs from a desktop through App store, Google Play or Amazon by logging in on a computer and grab your purchase history
However, I think a grab from the mobile will do

I tried getting screenshotsfrom my desktop with Google play, app store but it won't show purchase history. Only shows on my mobile. I contacted in game support, but they will absolutely will not help me without a screenshot on desktop. So, with it being a mobile game, I am receiving no help at all and they closed my case. I mean seriously, a mobile screenshot is still proof of purchase irregardless. I am scared to purchase anything now due to no help at all. I am highly dissappointed and never, ever, had any issue with a screenshots from my mobile till this year. I think the in game support really don't know anything about the game. They should be trained more so they understand how the game works. It's not just screenshots, it's any kind of issue I am having. I feel very alone and discouraged in this game. I have been playing for over 10 years now and this year has been a nightmare.
Thank you for understanding. Well, I would ask for return of purchase but I can't. I ordered the toolbox for Rustic Acres, it worked for the cottage but not for the other buildings. I just wanted to know why. I just got really upset about the screenshot issue. I just cant wrap my brain around not being able to prove purchase from a mobile when it's a mobile game.
Agreed, that is ridiculous. A grab is a grab weather it is from a mobile or desk top

A mobile grab should be as valid as a desktop grab when it comes to proof of purchase
What about the mobile players who play on mobile because they do not have a computer?!
Thank you so very much for contacting EA and your understanding.. I can only confirm purchases from emails on my mobile, not desktop. Believe me, I tried everything only to get even more frustrated. I wondered that as well, about others that don't have a desktop. It's just not right.
