Sims FreePlay won't load on Windows 8 Phone
I have a Nokia 822 with the Windows 8 operating system. I have been playing the Sims FreePlay since it was released for Windows phones back in the later half of 2013. I have done several updates since first installing it and have never had a problem up until now, but since March 17th, 2014, I have been unable to get the game to load. When I click on the app icon to open the game it goes to the EA screen like normal and then to the Sims FreePlay logo screen like normal, but then out of no where it just take me back to my phone's home screen with no error message or explaination for why the program failed to open. I did the last required update last month in February and haven't experienced any problems until now. I checked to see if there have been any additional updates added but nothing since the last update that I already did. I don't want to delete the program and reinstall it because I am afraid that I might lose my progress and I have made over $100 of in-app purchases as well as the fact that I am on level 43. If anyone can bring this to the attention of EA's developers, I am hoping them can identify the issue and release a patch or update that will fix this issue. I can't imagine that I am the only Windows phone user that is having this issue with load the game! PLEASE HELP, I AM ADDICTED TO THE SIM FREEPLAY!!!
