Simsfreeplay game glitch my experience

For those of you glitching.  DO NOT REINSTALL.

From my nightmare, do not delete app and reinstall, you may lose everything and be given new game if and then crew will not help or give you back your old id etc….even if you think cloud save has occurred, cannot be guaranteed

  • This happened to me early this week!! It was glitching in the Freeplay Replay event so I deleted and reinstalled, and I lost ALL my progress from the last month! It recovered my game from over a month ago after I had spent almost $100 in purchase packs! And you're right, EA customer care and Google Play were of no help at all!
