Simsfreeplay update bug

mines is the exact same its fine until i click load game then it turns off ,i dont know what to do to fix it im thinking about deleting and reinstalling it but im scared the pack i bought eill disappear

I'm using an iPad. After the updates, my people don't lose any of their hunger/energy/sleep levels at all!! Weird

Same for me, every few minutes game shuts down. Fortunately, not losing stuff, yet. But can no longer login using EA so have logged in via Facebook, so hopefully it’s backing up. Am 2 days away from completing Maple Grove, and don’t want to lose super zesty house. Again. 

My game keeps crashing. I have to constantly save but sometimes it crashes during save. It’s cancelled actions for all my Sims including the ones doing the SimTown Pride Party event. This is very frustrating and needs to be fixed asap!

I am definitely having the same issues with the game shutting off every few minutes. Does anyone know what would happen if the game was reinstalled? Will you be able to login and start where you left off without the errors?

I did not receive Blossom Estates and The community lot Barter Boardwalk after completing the zesty quest on time. The COMPENSATION given for the loss was nowhere near worth the value of the property and contents.

it just freezes then when I reload it’s gone back a day. Yes I did save recently just in case but nothing is helping.
