Social task: collect treasure from dog

I have had the social task to collect treasure from a neighbors dog all day. I have tried several times, in several houses and from different neighbors but I am getting no credit.

I have tried to log a ticket but the firemonkeys website keeps crashing on me.

    That's what I have been trying, but it just takes me to a blank page. It has worked in the past but currently their site seems to be having issues ☹️

    @Mahuliena

    I just remembered another way to get the fire monkey web site to work. Trying connecting on a computer instead of your device. I've read on this forum of other players having to do this.

    Hi, I have the same issue and successfully logged a ticket with EA yesterday.

    I have this issue as well. It seems to be a bug with the quest not finishing.

    I went to a neighbor's and tried to do this quest every day for a week. Then, yesterday when I went to the neighbor's, the quest completed as soon as I loaded the town. I wonder if it was somehow conflicting with the egg-collecting quest.

    Hello everyone, the key to this quest is to wait until you see the dog digging up treasure, and once you see the treasure money pop up, click on it right away.
