stuck on level 10

Question

Please help! I've been stuck on level 10 forever. I can't build any other buildings because I need more Sim to move into the empty houses, but I can't add a Sim until level 11. So I don't know what else to do. I'm stuck, and I've been stuck for awhile now. I have sims that are married and I have a baby, so am I missing something?

Are all your Sims already couples or friends living together? Leveling up their relationship status until one Sim moves in with an&nbsp;other is the simplest way to make up room for more Sims in your town. &nbsp;Also make sure to check the&nbsp;Quests &amp; Goals Guide&nbsp;as you may be missing some requirements for progressing further in the storyline.
