I have the very same issue with the sims freeplay new update..it was telling me the exact same thing..I did everything, Un and reinstall the game ..same message..I had turned my wifi off and on again and used my phone Hotspot too..still the same message keep popping up..there's nothing wrong with my wifi, but still the same message keeps annoyingly pops up.. im scared that I may lose all of my progress that I work so hard for..please some help resolving this situation!
